(SAVANNAH, GA) The Sullivan Group now offers a new service to its
clients, Safety Program Development and Injury Prevention through Scott
Goldsberry, the team’s latest addition.

Scott will work one-on-one with clients to help them develop safety
programs that will help reduce the frequency and severity of the injuries
suffered by employees.

"Business guru, Peter Drucker, once said, ‘The first duty of business is
to survive and the guiding principle of business economics is not the
maximization of profit but the avoidance of loss,’" explains Goldsberry.
"My intent is to personify that ideal."

Relocating to Savannah in 2001, Scott has been a part of the work safety
community in cities across the country since 1980. From San Antonio,
TX to New England, he continues to see common safety challenges for all
businesses.

"The most overlooked aspect of safety is knowing how valuable a strong
safety plan can be for the overall success of the company. Most business
owners and managers are too busy running the company to learn the ins

and outs of safety. The Sullivan Group now ensures all clients maintain a
safe working environment for employees," says Scott.

"A formal safety policy not only reduces accidents by 40%, it’s also the
law."

Goldsberry recently completed courses authorizing him as an instructor in
General Industry and Construction Safety.

"We’re excited to be able to add safety and injury prevention to our list of
client services," says Rick Smith, Risk Manager for The Sullivan Group.
"Safety planning is an invaluable tool for businesses and our clients will
surely take advantage of Scott’s 30 years of experience."

Based in Savannah, Georgia, The Sullivan Group is a Human Resources
Outsourcing (HRO) company focused on supporting small and medium-
sized businesses. Serving hundreds of small businesses in Georgia
and South Carolina, The Sullivan Group provides each customer with
the critical support and expert resources needed for a wide range of
HR challenges including employee benefits, payroll, compliance tactics,
staffing and workers compensation insurance.
